Background

Experience

I've spent 20+ years building and scaling hospitality businesses, from early-stage concepts to mature operations. My work spans independent wine bars, cocktail spaces, and food venues across London. I've managed teams, negotiated with producers, built communities, and navigated everything from licensing to commercial restructuring.

I have hands-on experience with business administration, financial restructuring, and navigating complex commercial challenges including administration and bankruptcy processes. I work from deep familiarity with margins, positioning, atmosphere, and the human dimensions of hospitality. I also consult on business structure and personal development for founders working across industries.
